In October 2008, Warren Holt organized Darkbloom, a project band formed to play his score for three Brothers Quay films as part of the Cinema 16 series featuring
Andrew Hurst (tape, percussion), Sergei Tcherepnin (analog synthesizer), Jon Shehee (guitar), and Warren Holt (keyboards, guitar, bass).
The project culminated in a performance on October 24 at the Starr space in Brooklyn which featured Darkbloom's live music as program music for the films.
